At Auraglow, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the conditions outlined below.


Return Period

You may request a return within a maximum of 30 days after receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) must be provided


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been used

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Auraglow cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
